Whenever I?ve been checking Webmail, there are never any messages (see below) even though I am getting plenty of emails in my Outlook ?

Most likely you have outlook setup as POP3 which means you are removing all the mail off the server and downloading it to outlook. You have a few choices with respect to keeping mail in both locations.
